4.Dimension and Weight

Dimension and Weight of DP-1 are 55cm(W) x 45cm(D) x 26cm(H) and 12kg.
Dimension and Weight of compact air compressor are 14cm (W) x 14cm(D) x 15cm(H) and 1kg. So, these are space-saving and portable easily.

　　　

5.Maximum printable size and its required printing time

For printing maximum size (20cm x 30cm), it takes 7 minutes.
However, in case of printing size for the letters : 5cm(H) x 30cm (L), for example,
it will take about 1 minutes and 45 seconds only.

7.Printing cost

Decolorization chemical (Decolorizer) to be used for one printing is less than 10cc. Its cost is less than Yen 12.
　　　

8.Safety

Even if you should wear the decolorized jeans in 10 minutes after the Decolorization printing process, your skin will not be damaged at all.

10.How to create the printing data

Printing data for Decolorization can be created on the PC, using computer graphics software ( Photoshop Elements) made by Adobe systems.

11.Procurement of the devices for creating printing data

Please prepare and procure the requested PC and Computer Graphics Software by your shop.

Following is requested specification for PC.

OS:	Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ９８，Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ　Ｍｅ，Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ　２０００，Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ　ＸＰ
Free capacity of Hard Disk :	More than 350MB
RAM:	128MB
Display Resolution :	More than 800dots x 600dots at color output 16 bit or more
Interface:	RS terminal or USB terminal (In case of using USB terminal , USB/RS-232C converter shall be separately purchased.)

12.Procurement of Decolorizer

You can procure SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE solution as the Decolorizer from the distributors of WAKO PURE CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES, LTD .
Price of 500ml of SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE solution is about JPY600.

13.Caution

	1.	SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE is a powerful drug. So, please handle it carefully. For more detail , please refer to the label being attached onto the container. Please carefully read it.
	2.	Once the jeans was decolorized, this will not return to the original appearance anymore. Jean shop owner/manager shall prepare before-hand various printed samples and show them to the clients. Then, shop owner/manager shall fully explain the finishing condition on the jeans to the clients and finally has to start printing just after getting approval from the clients
	3.	After Decolorization, please treat jeans fabric so as to prevent decolorizer not dried yet from moving to other part. Once such moving happens, unnecessary part will be also decolorized. So, please take care.
